WV Werbeartikel Versand Holding GmbH changes ownership

In December 2011, WV Werbeartikel Versand Holding was wholly acquired by a trade buyer from the b2b distance selling industry. WV operates two main subsidiaries, Bettmer and Saalfrank. Both companies are leaders in the German promotional articles distance selling arena.

BBR Associates was significantly involved in initiating the transaction and represented the buyer vis-a-vis the previous owner, Triginta Capital GmbH.
