BBR advises German based Mundo Group on its spin-off and sale of the online and internet platform „eConnect” to Westfalia Group

eConnect is a unique e-commerce platform connecting manufacturers, merchants and consumers in various degrees of integration.  eConnect offers solutions as a pure marketing platform, but also a completely integrated model interlinking data and goods flows across the entire value chain, from the procurement of the products to the final fulfillment.

This way manufacturers without a consumer business, or merchants with narrow assortments are now able to gain profitable access to additional long tail business and customers.
